KN-92 is the inactive form of KN-93 (sc-202199). KN-93 is a methoxybenzenesulfonamide that is an effective inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) phosphorylating activity, and the autophosphorylation of the α- and β-subunits of CaMKII.
