Bucindolol is a non-selective β-AR adrenoceptor antagonist with additional α1A-AR adrenoceptor blocking activity. Ki values are 1.61, 1.20 and 68.9 nM for β1-AR (β1-), β2-AR(β2-) and α1A-AR (α1-adrenoceptors), respectively.
