Procarbazine

Procarbazine is an antineoplastic and mutagenic agent, inhibiting the trans-methylation of methionine into transfer RNA (t-RNA), undergoing auto-oxidation, resulting in the formation of cytotoxic free radicals which damage DNA through an alkylation reaction.
